First try back drop and do a half backflip from your back and then if you can do that easy try doing the proper back flip but if you think you aren't going to rotate the whole way keep your hands up because you don't want to land on your head. Have confidence chuck your head back and tuck your legs in tucking will make you rotate faster and spot your landing untuck 3 quarters of the way and use you arms to stop rotating. Hope you land it, good luck 👍🏼

Well it would be easier for you to start by laying down and by doing a roll backwards. After that you should try jumping landing on your back and then when you lift up again push with your feet backwards. After mastering this it will be easy for you to do a backflip.

I learned by like lowering one of my shoulders and jumping and flipping backwards at first is was no where near a backflip but I kept doing that and slowly starting straightening my body as I gained more confidence and Ariel awareness and then I finally did one and then I did a couple went inside then next day I came out and couldn't do them I was scared and had to do the process over so when you learn no matter how you get there once you learn how do a lot of them so the fear didn't come back

Put a mat on trampoline behind you i try just roll backwards without jumping ...then try to jump on back and than roll backwards.....then i try just flip a little bit sideways without jumping.....when you get of the fear it will be easy :-)
Put more leaves near te traoline for safety
Jump up and land on your back then whip uourslef into a backflip... That was how i learned. It takes time but now backflips are easier than frontflips for me!
Yeah just jump not too high an then take ur arm and swing in the back whit ur head looking all the time ur welcom sorry im late for responding
1. I don't now sorry man
2. Yes, Ihave
I'd suggest getting confident with a back drop to a back roll (after bouncing on your back you finish the back rotation and land on your feet) then when you gain the confidence to throw it, just throw it back with all your might. Your primary goal to start is to get all the way around, overshooting is always better than undershooting. This will build you confidence then you can control the rotation better, and stomp it. Best of luck and you've got this!
Be able to do a solid backflip on a normal trampoline but if that's not available just keep going at it on the little one if you have the basics down
I just went for it when I did it. You just have to trust yourself and jump throw your arms backwards and spot your landing
Jump as high as you can then jump up first then lean back as far you can and look back with your head to set the rotation and spot the landing. If your too scared to just huck it try it anyways without thinking if you over think the backflip it will be impossible just follow the steps and go for it!!!!!
Land on your back and flip over head
Jump first on the back and then backwards on the feet. It is like if you would two steps for a backflip and you get to used of the proces of a backflip
Its not that difficult, its just scary the first time. I learned it by doing a sideflip 90. Then I just twisted 90 degrees at the start of the flip and did that a couple of times and then I did a backflip
Try to jump almost staight up and throw you arms too and in the air push your chest out and land on your back. Keep that going as long as you get comfortable with it. Then do the same thing but when you land on your back and get that bounce try to spin over your neck. After you are able to land it you just have take that high jump, same throw your arms up and tuck in the peek of your jump. Hope this helps even a little.
Well at first you need perfectly do your base, then you need to jump on special high ground behind you.
Just jump up and land on you back and then as you go up just roll in mid air and then after that just do it(make sure you tuck when you do it).
Не ссы!
Just do it. It is easy
I started tilting during my side flip and eventually started just going back
She's a hucker
Try doing a bunch of back drops first. That should help.
You should try a back handspring and a kaboom before you learn a back flip.
Isn't there a trampoline sport on riders? Go check that out
Just a mental block. Just try it 😂
What he said.
Try to learn a roll over first which is when you fall onto your back and roll over onto your feet then once you are comfortable going backwards try to go over your head off your feet and as long as you make it over your head and onto your knees or stomach you should be fine.
