As you start to rise from your jump, start turning your head to look over the shoulder in the direction you spin, your shoulders should then follow the motion with the leading shoulder being the one on the side of the rotation should pull back and and the following shoulder should push forward, as if you were twisting to see behind you. As you rotate around start to return the position or your head and shoulders when you are about 3/4 of the way around and allow the momentum to finish the spin.

На трамплине ты уже должен закрутить 45. Крутишься не ногами, а корпусом. Ноги идут после корпуса.на приземлении чуть согни ноги.

Well start by jumping as high as you can and then when you land swing your arms and turn your head the way you want to go and you should get enough momentum to land it

You jump like normal with height then spin your shoulder to the direction you want to go and try and keep you head facing up

Well when i do a full i like to get a high jump and tgen throw my shoulders and arms when i turn my head. Also use your torso the opposite way and then throw your torso with your arms and shoulders
To help with rotation throw your arm over your shoulder that you are rotating and pull in.
Look over your shoulder and spin using your arms.

When jumping wind up your arms to the opposite side you want to spin. Once you're about to jump, swing your arms to the desired side and you will start to spin. Now all you have to do is spot the landing and get ready to land

Start to turn kinda sharp the as you jump twist your body and turn your head. It will be easier to learn if you get 180s and half cabs consistently. Remember when you spin (it doesn't matter how much) to always tuck your body as close to your bars as you can. It makes you spin faster

At the exit in the twist, you lead the back leg higher, the front leg at the same time you lead down. You spin the back leg around the front. You don't turn your head. The gaze keeps looking straight.
Make sure that you spin your arms the opposite way that you turn
