A backward somersault.
How do it
A regular backflip.
1.
Construct a platform near the net, using as many pads as you can find.
2.
Stand on the net, back facing your platform. Practice jumping from the net and falling onto the platform on your back.
3.
Next, practice jumping onto the platform and bringing your arms and legs into flip position.
4.
Now do the exact same movement, but staying on the net. You should be executing a backflip. At first you'll be flying back while doing the flip — you need to correct this as soon as you can.
