What you’ll learn
On my lessons you will get progressions and drills for any acrobatics — backs, frontsides doubles, twisting and all their variations, handstand, tricking elements — 540, cork, kick the moon and more. On MTB training I can explain mechanics, best way to use gears, how to chose protection. You will master pedaling techniques, bunny hop, wheeling, manualing and endoing, riding uphill and downhill, turns and pumping.
I have been coaching for 7 years and during this time helped hundreds of students to develop strength, flexibility and other conditional skills to progress faster. I can create a training program which will include tips for nutrition, losing weight, gaining muscles and energy.
