What you’ll learn
On my lessons you will learn basic skills, get understanding of how to prevent injuries, I will also explain you importance of technique. I will teach handstands, basic parkour jumps, basic acrobatic jumps or any movements you want to learn, such as backflip or butterfly twist and more.
I've been coaching teams for four years in acrobatics and I also did many masterclasses in schools. I have experience of training 10 or 20 people at the same time but prefer less people for a focalised and personalised training.
