Jump and tuck while in the air.
How do it
Jump and tuck while in the air. This is the air position for most trampoline tricks.
1.
Begin jumping the way you would performing a straight jump.
2.
At the peak of the jump, tuck, by bringing your knees up to your chest. Bring in your arms around your legs.
3.
Make sure the tuck doesn't throw off your balance in the air. Push off, jump directly upward — and only then begin to execute the tuck. If you've performed everything correctly, you should feel a distinct hang moment in the air.
