How do it
Landing on the trampoline on your butt.
1.
Jump straight up. Bring your legs forward. Land on your bum — in the exact spot you jumped from.
2.
Keep your arms back, fingers forward.
3.
Push forward with your arms to get back up. When you can successfully stand up, try looping the motion: push up hard with your arms, bring them up — and come back down. Have fun!
