Landing on the trampoline on your back.
How do it
Really comes in handy when practicing tricks on the trampoline.
1.
Jump straight up. Try to land on the exact spot you started from.
2.
When landing on your back, try to concentrate your weight around your shoulder blades.
3.
Push with your legs and bring them up, as if trying to hit the sealing. Your arms also go upward with every bounce. When in the air, keep your body straight, with your legs slightly higher than your head.
4.
To get back up, hit the trampoline with your legs — not directly upward though, but upward and forward.
