Double rotation around a shifted axis.
How do it
Double axis shifts, doubles, are very popular in a variety of disciplines.
1.
Mentally divide your trick into phases and plan where you want to shift your legs the second time. Imagine the second half of your double as a separate trick, and work on it as much as on the first half.

The exercise that will allow you to master the double is the pickup at one and a half. Perform the first half of the double, but don't land — pickup, i.e. spin your legs further along and land on the net in the middle of your second rotation, holding your position.

Additionally, and if the trick allows it, divide it into 3 phases and perform it over your back. Don't stick to jumping straight in one spot — use the entire trampoline.

When trying out the double for the first time, think about your exit. Push off directly upward and on time. When performing the double, try to spot your landing during the transition phase. Everything will happen very quickly, but if you manage to see your landing, you'll be more confident and in control of the execution.
