How do it
Shifting your axis during a spin is one of the best things to practice on a trampoline. THe cork, rodeo, flatspin — these are all off-axis spins.
1.
To shift your axis on a trampoline, you need to throw back your shoulders on launch, or direct your legs in a single direction. In practice, both of these movement will happen simultaneously, but it's much easier and quite sufficient, to focus on just one. Let's go with the legs.
2.
Mentally divide the spin into 2 sections, so you know the required position in the middle of the spin. Try doing half the rotation and falling onto the net in the correct position. For example, jump for a spin with your back and land in the middle of the spin.
3.
Now try to complete the second half, spinning back to feet.
4.
Once you've learned the trick, work on maintaining eye contact with the landing during execution. Train by choosing a random conspicuous object and looking at it while performing the trick.
