For me it helped my backside 180s if I started out carving really hard for them and turning my head backwards and keeping looking backwards

What worked for me: Try toe to toe to get the hang of rotations. Then heel to heel. Heel to hell is stupid but after a while you feel like a badass and you have back spins. Toe to toe, you spin up hill front side. Heel to heel you spin up hill back side.
All spins need to be started on the kicker
I'm just starting at this but my friends told me that it's easier if u stars the rotation just after the the take off, and the first rotate your head looking above your shoulder then again etc, after that help the rotation with your arms and last your hips (with the hips rotation you feets should rotate automatically).

Just pop real good off the kicker, so you are controlling your board in the air. you want to jump, not the kicker sending you in the air. Theres no need to carve or spin really hard, let go of the fear and slightly use your head and arms to make it around... good luck
It's all in the head. If you turn your head then you'll spin. Look the way u wanna spin.
