How do it
This is a slide performed on the tail of the board, while keeping the nose off the ground. The tail slide is a great way to develop your balance, board control and will make other tricks much more accessible.
1.
Find a slope, nothing too steep, and ride down at medium speed.
2.
Bring your weight onto your back leg, slightly raise the nose, as if preparing to do an ollie.
3.
Use your arms for balance. And be prepared to fall on your back the first couple of times :)
4.
If you’re drawing towards the nose, pull your front leg up towards you or bend it slightly. Alternatively, crouch down on your back leg.
5.
You’ll know when you've found the perfect balancing stance. You don’t have to keep one leg straight, you can just as well bend both and catch your balance than way.
