How do it
Before getting on a snowboard or deciding to buy one, you need to determine your riding stance. Some riders go with their left foot forward, while others prefer their right. There’s no substantial difference between the two, but you wouldn’t want to be right-handed and writing with your left hand, would you? Determining your stance is quite simple.
1.
Stand up straight. Ask a friend to gently push you in the back. Close your eyes. The foot you put forward is your leading snowboard foot.
2.
If you’re already into skateboarding, wakeboarding or surfing, just copy you stance in that discipline.
