A slide performed on one leg, the ski is parallel to the obstacle. Your free leg is balancing against the side of the rail.
How do it
A slide performed on one leg, only the leg is not positioned perpendicular to the rail (like in a backslide), but parallel to it. Your free leg is used to balance against the side of the rail.
1.
Find a low and wide box for practice, so that you don't hit your crotch when falling off.
2.
You don't have to jump from the side straight away. Just ride up straight to the obstacle and step onto it with your left leg.
3.
Lower your right leg, raise the right ski nose and press against your left leg.
4.
If you don't catch your balance and won't make it to the end of the obstacle, try to exit to your right.
