The entry is performed blind, you spin 270° with your back to the obstacle.
How do it
What makes this trick interesting is that the entry is performed blind, i.e you will have no reference points while spinning the first 180 degrees, as the rotation is performed with your back to the obstacle.
1.
On entry you need to push off upward with your legs and spin hard with your shoulders.
2.
Your reference will be the beginning of the obstacle — well, once you see it.
3.
While in the “blind spot”, bring your tails over the obstacle.
4.
Before completing 180 degrees, bring over the noses and watch the beginning of the obstacle.
5.
After landing, turn your body in the direction of movement.
