Landing on the rail from switch, bringing the tails over the rail.
How do it
Landing on the rail from switch, bringing the tails over the rail, not the noses. Your chances of catching the rail are lower than in a switch lip, and you can look over your regular shoulder on entry, it's still more challenging and should be tackled after the switch lip.
1.
To warm up, find a small kicker and do some diagonal or right‑arched 180 switches, while trying to raise your tails as high as you can.
2.
Approach the rail while looking over your left shoulder.
3.
Launch and put the tails over the rail without hitting it.
4.
Most importantly, don't spin too much, most riders have a tendency to overspin.
5.
You need to land perpendicular to the rail. Your feet will try to slip off and it will feel as if it's you're first time on a rail.
