Pushing off a trampoline facing forward.
How do it
When launching from a jump, 80% of mistakes (grabs or shifting axis) are due to a bad pop off or a lack of one.
1.
Ride up to the kicker in a straight line. Don't raise your heels or dig in your noses. Bend your knees slightly, keep your legs at a comfortable width.
2.
When going up the kicker, gradually straighten your legs. Ride into the kicker, as though it were a mini ramp.
3.
At the very end, pop off upward and drive your shoulders upward as well. This is the most important part.
