For this trick you bring your front trucks over the coping and go down in fakie.

How do it

For this trick you bring your front trucks over the coping and go down in fakie.

1.

Ride right up to the coping. Back foot is on the tail, front foot is near the bolts, closer to the nose.

2.

Raise the nose of the board and carry the front trucks over the coping.

3.

Lift the nose and gently bring your board and body back into the quarter, thus ending up in fakie.

How do I get my trucks off the coping with out them catching?

I can do it on a really small halfpipe but I can’t even get close to doing it in a bigger ramp!!! Any tips??

How do you transfer of the coping?

I always put my trucks over just a bit but every time I do my board slides up the coping where of my back trucks hooking on to coping?

Does my board have to go half way up the coping or can I hurt hook my trucks and come down?

Get used to rolling up without hooking the trucks that should help you keep your balance
