more pop or more shove? also is anyone else able to do this trick in ollie position?

the biggest tip that i found helpful is to make sure u are pushing down and away from you rlly hard with your back foot. the front shuv takes a lot more strength to pull off so focus on the power of the shuv until you get a consistent spin then focus on front foot placement while catching the board.
The back foot should be on the inside edge of the board pushing down and out
