Do an Ollie while putting less force against the grip tape, when you get to the top keep kicking out the Ollie.
Keep your front foot further up closer to the nose so you slide up and off then the motion becomes similar to a normal Ollie
Push ur foot down then slide it off
Push down with ur front foot a bit after ollieing then lift it up
