slowly ride your ollies while moving. just a small push nothing to fast but gently push and don't over think it just do it

You want to give the board a little bit of a nudge forward as you are popping and sliding your front foot up. You almost imagine your legs moving forward and diagonally at the same time. Try setting up goals such as ollieing at a specific line or Ollie over a crack etc until you get the hang of it.

To Ollie while moving all you have to do is get the comfortable speed and do the same Ollie that you do without riding but keep your knees more bent so you have better control
Just first you have to move obviously and then just do a normal all you need is confidence because when your not confident your legs just either do it really fast so you barley get off the ground or you do it rocketed now you need alot of confidence and slide your foot when you hear the pop not earlier . Hopefully I've helped good luck
When I learned to Ollie while moving I put my front foot closer to the nose around the bolts.
Keep your eyes on your nose of your board. Try off slowly rolling and then build up faster and faster
