Why do I always end up not lifting the nose or lifting it so much that the tail is scratching the ground. Instead of finding the sweetspot

You have to have good balance

Try to hold the stance in grass or a crack for as long as possible then try and do while moving, so you can eventually Ollie into it
Put your back foot right on the tail. Not to far up and not to far down
Practice, practice and practice! And you will find your sweetspot! Try to move a little your front feet and balance with your arms
On top of what others said, maybe you should not make sudden moves and relax your body. Also try balance board. Might be helpful!
Try to practice on a crack and sorta shake your hips back and forth to balance
Just lift your front foot up a little bit while your riding
Sounds like you already know the answer dude! Gotta find that sweet spot. Dont roll so fast. Try not rolling at all. Keep practicing! You already know the deal🔥🔥
Just remember, it’s all in the knees, keep you knees bent when you do it and try not to shift your entire body weight while doing it. You got this bud 👍
