Whenever I ride up to rail or sidewalk I try and Ollie but my body just won’t let me and I only lift the front and flick no Ollie any tips?

You gotta commit on it, practice on smaller curbs stationary, 50-50 on and get off the curb and once ur comfortable with that switch to ledges or a box
I learned to Ollie up the curb or ledge and once I was comfortable doing that I would try and lock in stationary and once I was comfortable dong that I did It going slowly and now I can go pretty fast and it only took me 4 days to learn you just need to go step by step
Just keep practicing the Ollie and practice 50 50 stalls on a short curb once you have that down it might be easier to grind
