When i pop the board I turn my head and shoulders. I keep my toes hanging off the board and back foot in the back pocket?

Just throw all your weight to the front and that’s it
Use the same stance/ foot position as you would for a regular 180.
It’s like a fakie fs shov it but you follow your board. It’s not necessary to turn your head but you myst to turn your shoulders. I think you can just look un front of you
