When I try to do it I get so close but I can't land on it people always think I'm not committing but I do I just can't land my feet on it

The best thing I learned is that the scoop is very light, like half of the pop shove just focus on the flick not as much on the scoop

I used to have this problem. Don't overthink the landing and don't let it psych you out. Focus on landing with your front foot and then focus on your back foot. When comfortable with both, land with both.
Might be your shove. Try practicing your pop shoves to the point where you can do a perfect spin with your board. Then just do the exact same thing and just add a kickflip to it. This should let the board land right under you.
Maybe you're scared. Just land it. Follow the board like doing a shuvit.
