The first part of my 180 the back wheel stays on the ground please help?

Pop harder and lean forward more
Honestly back 180s are a pretty annoying trick to learn. Setting it up like an Ollie to pop it taller definitely helped me as well as swinging your shoulders and leaning into the 180 more than you think you’d need
I’d recommend to practice ollies more until you get more air time, that will make you pop harder and maybe you can get that back wheel up. It also helped me to put my feet in a pop - shuvit position, pop and doing the 180 rotation with my shoulders
