I think you are talking about a half cab flip instead of what you labeled it as (bs half cab)

Try to turn your shoulders and flipping at the same time. You board have to flip parallel to your shoulders. Better to get your front leg on front bolts. I try to get legs like Nyjha stance and flipping fast and you will catch your board in about 90-110 degree and catch board in flight.

That is right, but for BS half cab just do that without flipping it.
