Sometimes my board stays under me but sometimes not, what can/should I do to keep it under my feet ?

Focus on making sure your back foot is over the back bolts at all times, as long as you’re not leaning forward then you’ll do a backside heelflip. A lot of the times the main issue is people are leaning forward too much therefore throwing their weight off. Instead of doing a bs 180 think about doing a pop shuvit and a heelflip at the same time so your back stays straight.
