If the pop is good flow with into the 180 before you pop

Pop it like your doing the shuv it equivalent this will help with you getting your body round at the same time.
What helped me was just standing on the nose and popping the board up over and over again, it helped me get the motion and everything down.
Put your foot more into pocket
Us your shoulder to help you rotate
Swing when doing it
