Dont think about it so much and lean more forward towards the box

Look, you cant go trhu the ledge like paralelo. You got To go like more facing the ledge and you pop the higher as you can and in the air do like a fs 180 and you gonna get it. How do you hop out? You got to bend your knees, lean back and do like a little manual and you gonna get out.

Slide your font foot more when you ollie on

Try leveling out your board right over the obstacle and not forcing it down just letting it fall down
