I'm too much of a wimp to even attempt, I can kickturn at the top of the ramp and rock to fakie but not at the same time. Any tips?

First of all calling yourself a wimp isn’t helping you wanna have a good positive attitude when you skate when you ride up to the coping make sure your body is in the ramp you don’t wanna lean forward you wanna lean back into the ramp and just rotate your shoulders lift up make sure you clear your mind if you think your truck will clip the coping that’s what going to happen so just clear your mind and your thoughts and fully commit

When you approach the coping, have your shoulders already turned backside, lift your front trucks like you would a rock to fakie and just tap the coping with your board. Then once you raise your front trucks, you’ll be able to roll back down the ramp in regular stance. This works because your shoulders were already turned. It helps to also have your weight centred so you don’t fall one way or another. And it helps to have the right amount of speed. You’ll figure all that out with practise.

Try it with less speed then when you feel more comfortable with it try to get your trucks farther over the coping
I agree with aaron. That wimp talk is lame. Youre a skateboarder. That attitude will have you on a scooter in no time. If skateboarding was easy, EVERYBODY would do it. Practice dude. Practice. Face your fears💯
Wait till you feel your self rolling back before you kick turn out of it
If you can drop in, then turning back around to pivot is easier! It’s just a mental block.
Try getting more comfortable on your board first
