I’m to scared to commit to jumping but I have everything else down. Any tips?

Practice on grass or pad up
You just have to commit, and don’t worry about your shins or ankles they will eventually heal
Just start small and even if it’s an inch it’s progress
Just dont be scarred practice on grass then on a soft surface and then do it an cement or concrete or at a skatepark floor .you got it.
Sometimes you just have to go out if your chill zone
But at your own pace
The thing is I just did this at the park I keep rotations to the right
But when you do you want to go for a olie but pop with your and on the board but let it smack the ground the jump in the sequence but take your time and let it come to you
yeah practis on grass. you can also do them in different hights by jumping just a little an landing on the board. you got this

Practice on the grass or on something soft until you have it. Then try it on cement
