I start parallel, Ollie, turn and put pressure on my nose but every time I try it ends up in a board slides. How do I land in a nose stall?

You need to put your front foot directly on the ledge to avoid your problem. You put your front foot too high so your trucks go above the grind.
Put your front foot further up so the height of your Ollie isn’t so high, this makes it easier to slam that front truck onto the ledge, and if you have enough forward momentum and the perfect balance point on the middle of the nose, you will slide of into the sunset
