Practice backside 180s till you have them on lock. It will help by guiding your body in the right direction. It also helps by starting to go slow at first. Then once your on the rail lean forward. At the end of the rail turn 90 and land it. And roll with steeze.

just commit, and dont get scared and if you aren't scared than yea practice 180s and treat it like a 180
The problem is that you are scared. Wait a bit then try again he with more confident.
Make sure your Fs 180 is high, level your board when popping, lean back a little to slide, then turn your shoulders to dismount, and feel good because you lanced it!
Look at your feet make sure you have a nice speed pop an 180. Get better at those first makes it easier to learn them
Try to put your arms in front of your body when your on the rail/ ledge (wherever you'll try it). This will make it easier to stay on the Board. If the toes of your front foot will stand a little more on the front axe, that will also make it easier to stay on your board and land that trick
I always come into the rail at a slight angle then light ollie (depending the height of the rail) and make it where i only gotta rotate about 45°. Your feet not following is either from lack of control of the board or being scared. To help with fear try it on low flat bar rails and try it about 2 feet from the end, then once you got the hang of it move back for more distance.
Practice FS 180s, then all you need to do is commit
Stelle dich neben die rail
