I kinda got the movement down but when I do its not a full 180 it’s like a little off ?

I know how you feel. Focus on the pop of your back foot. Place you front foot at the top-ish of the board. Put the back foot near the trucks, in the pocket of the tail. This will allow the board to stick to your feet more. Twist as hard as you can but not too hard. Hope this helped.

Try to wind up you shoulders when rotating if that doesn't help then swing your shoulders like you want to do a 360
