if you go to a bigger drop in than what you are trying and then go back it won’t be as scary as it was before

I was scared at first. Something great helped me was someone held my hands the very first times I dropped in and then even though it was still scary after that I felt a little bit more confident

Just remind yourself that if you just full send it and don’t try and hop of halfway through you’ll be fine.

When I was learning, I was scared of the height. All I did was set up my board on the copping and I squatted, so it didn’t look high up at all. The. I just leaned forward and stomped. The. I gradually started to stand up while dropping in

This is what I did went to the smallest quarter pipe I could find, use all my pads and helmet, and took a wipeout. Then I realized how much it didn’t hurt and then just put my shoulder into it first.
