I have trouble lifting my back foot up after I pop and sliding my foot up to the nose, any tips?

try practicing each step individually, such as practicing popping, and then sliding, and lifting. Also watch the video by braille skateboarding

when you drag your front foot up, imagine that the board is really hot and you need to take it off before you get burnt
