I have a hard time with weight distribution. I can't shifting my weight to the nose. Any tips?

Try some Nosestalls first. You will see that the weight is all on your front leg

What I did to learn this trick is, open my shoulders and once you turn the board 90 degrees, Watch no!, i mean literally stare the front of your toe on the nose of the skateboard with full commitment, try a few tries slow but my suggestion is go fast for me is easier slide with some speed
