You don't really Ollie, when you're hitting the coping lift your feet as though your jumping and the board will pop into your feet

You don't have to your house ywhen doing a fakie to rock, if you havehere enough speed you should be able to go past the coping. When come back down put somelittle pressure on yy
Try and find a nice low transition. It doesnt even have to have coping. Just roll backwards(fakie), and try and get your rear wheels over the lip and roll back down. As you get more comfortable, do them higher. Do them faster. Then do it on coping. Keep pushin dude! And post some viddy when you get it💪🏾🙌🏾
Just try it more and more..once you get a hang of it you’ll „land“ it easily
