What really helped me was do a normal Ollie and then the moment you get off the ground think about your hip directly over you backfoot on the tail

My problem was always psyching myself out when i went to something taller, literally just getting over that is the thing stopping you. stand stationary and ollie up over the curb and show yourself that you can ollie that high, then boom you got it

A real curb is a bit higher than 3 inches and you’re landing on solid concrete not a plank of wood so it could be that your front wheels are hitting the curb and you don’t realize it
