How to flick the board

Some really wrong answers here. I would suggest watching Johnny Gieger explain it on youtube. It's hard to explain in words alone. I do inward heelflips a lot and I would say you have to see it to learn it.

Hit the pocket with the heel of your foot
How scope the pop shuvit
Instead of doing the heel flip motion I'd suggest to hit the board down instead of the usual swipe.
This works for me as the board is already traveling away from me from the motion of the shuv so hitting it down will make it flip more easier than if you was to flick out.
I flick farther out on the heelflip part. It helps if you put pressure on the toe side pocket of your back foot when you scoop
When ur doing the inward heel you need to drag you foot up like a heel and just kick your foot as long out as you can, so you dont hit the board in mid air.
Tray flik with timeing, after pop showit w8 second and try kick't you heel like you trow bord forward, land, rollout
Best way to do inward heelflip is to do a pop shuvit and a heelflip at the same time though when you do the heelflip make sure your making your foot flick straight off the side next to the front bottom bolts. You'll basically do a scissor kick. And the board will do the rotation bring your feet back make sure to catch front foot and land.
think of it as two tricks first do the shuv it then right before it fully rotates kick your foot out in a. slide heel flicking motion
You must flick the board like you flick board, when you do heelflip.
You gotta hit the board with the heel of your toe(front foot ) in a diagonal direction, while the back foot it is placed it on the pocket of the tail. Just make sure you got decent pop shuvits and heelflips, that will help a lot to do the trick, keep practicing and land bolts! Have fun😊
