You should be able to ride down big ramps fakie to get really comfortable. Then after that just ride fakie and literaly just do a normal ollie but just riding fakie. Hope this helped...

To really get confident with fakies you should get comfortable pushing mango first. To stay balanced make sure your body weight is centered because at first all your weight will go to your heels

To balance riding fakie all you need to do is to try placing your feet in different places until you are balanced

Tighten your trucks and keep trying

Skate around enough just to get comfortable with the feeling of the board

Try to ride switch for a little or get help from a friend/wall to hold on to.

Don't lean to much forward that will cause some balance issu's. I would recommend keeping your weight a little more to your backfood. I hope this will help you...

Just keep the same balance as you ride regular... Its just backwards. Hope this helps. 👌

All you have to do is try to keep centered and try not to have your foot on the tail too much. Personally, I think of riding fakie like riding regularly and instead of looking forward while riding forward, I look back to get use to it. Depending on what foot you use for the center of the board, keep it centered to get ready to do tricks. This is where some tricks are easier to learn than in regular stance.

Don't lean back because when you try to Ollie the board will fly forward try leaning just a little bit forward so you body is not too much forward and you'll get it. Everyone is different so just try with whatever you feel comfortable with.

Well you'll just end up doing it when it time and just keep practicing at it and go slow at first and then go faster you'll end up getting it bro
Think about it this way your casual stance is goofy/regular if you know how to do an Ollie just do it in reverse and riding switch is for the most part difficult so it may take a while to get used to
Just ride around in fakie and try to do manuevers to get comfortable with moving around in switch and fakie. Then once you feel comfortable with that and your ollies. Just do an ollie in fakie. Thats all it iz
Dont rush when u fakie Ollie take your time
Try ride switch. It's better good
You just must make sure your ollie
Dude calm down and chill. I'll help u out. The best idea is to be comfortable with ur board. If ur aiming to be a very skater go down some ramps, they don't have to be major ones either. Just feel like you know your board like the back of ur hand. Next check your Ollie form. Make sure every thing is horizontal or just make it easy to Ollie. Next step: just do it the opposite way. I just started going one direction and the. Went the other. Get used to fakie stance for a bit and then try it
Stay like you doin an oie to keep your balance. Than push your tail down and jump. Then do it like an ollie whit your front foot :p
Ollie*
Thanks everybody im getting alot better
Keep working on it. It's gonna feel goofy as fuck for a while, you just have to get used to it. Theoretically, it's just riding the opposite way, so try to apply all the normal things you do riding normal and that should help you get used to riding switch/fakie
Tente se manter agachado e olhando para onde você quer ir, isso lhe trará mais equilíbrio (translate tô english 😉)
Practice it very good il will come if you skate enough
Just keep your balance
Try to pop getting tour foot un front of you, like kickin out. That should help ya as did for me ^^
Basically just get used to it and build your balance then u just keep trying until u get it then just try to Ollie
Try to keep your shoulders parallel with the board that can help sometimes while riding around. Also many people tend to push their back foot away from them when they ollie. While doing a fakie ollie it is best not to push away too much or the board can slide out
ride fakie off a small ramp. ti helps bery much. try to keep your body cener. sry for my bad english. i m german
Well try to roll up a ramp and into fakie. And try to be conferball with riding fakie.
Just get used to riding fakie and youll get it
Just ride a fackie and do ollie, this trick easier than Ollie!
Just think about it as riding in your regular way
Ride switch.
Skate a mini-ramp
Try doing a ninja kick ollie while in fakie, if you don't know what that is then search it up on brailleskateboarding.
Good luck.
Встаёшь в свою стойку потом переходишь в фейки и делаешь Олли в фейках
Just literally try not to lean back to far I mean I always do this every now and then but yeah don't think to much about it just do an ollie like you normally would
I would learn how to ride switch and then try it.
Just keep trying because the more u try the easier it will get. Also try not to lean to far forward or u will slip away!
Fakie ollies are essentially just ollies moving backwards. And for the most part should be thought of as such. Pushing mongo can help. Tightening tricks can help. Honestly, even bombing hills switch can help. But the main point is just throwing an Ollie backwards. Same motions and almost the same physics. Practice though. Stationary at first, Ollie and just pretend with your shoulders that you'll be moving backwards after you land. Than get faster with as you progress.
It's just like a regular ollie but you have to be confident with pushing mongo (I'm french sorry for my English ^^)
Try riding switch for awhile, if you can't ride switch rn, DO THAT
Learn how to ride switch good!
Then when doing the actual trick jump forward a little bit (opposite direction of moving)
Make sure you to remember not to lean as far forward as you would an ollie or you will slip out. Just find a flat area learn how to do it at a speed your comfortable with.
Fakie ollie ? Bend both of your knees straight down just like an ollie.
If you feel that your loosing balance on your front knee its because your not distributing the right balance. Keep trying
Well first get comfortable riding Fakie but when you do the Fakie Ollie you have to lean the oppisite way your going.
Я не знаю само получается
Try not to lean too much on the nose and try not to lean too much on the deck
Try to divide your weight on the top of the bolts. Sry for my english. Of portuguese.
You just need to keep your weight centered on the board
before you do a fakkie ollie learn fakkie rideing that balance is onnely learning
Put your foot on thé hardware
Stay centerd on the board, at first it might feel very strange but in the end its just if you're used to riding fakie. For fakie ollies mainly stay centerd and ollie like you were riding in your normal stance
Dont keep your weigh on the tail like you would do riding regular
In fakie your tail is at the front so put more weigh on the back of your board
U just go back and do ollie
Learn how to push switch, and train on ramps, that's what i did
Training man.And dont fear.
Keep your feet parallel
When you fakie Ollie try leaning towards your front foot and put more pressure (pop) on your dominate popping foot (Back-foot)
It's just practicing... No secrets
Center your chest inbetween your legs
Don't lean back lean forward a bit and pop hard
Practice Practice Practice
It's like a regular Ollie, just keep your shoulders straight, get over the board, and when you land just bend your knees and commit
Just don't be scared and commit to doing this trick!!
Push mongo
Don't lean towards the nose too much
Lean forward homie
JUST DO IT!!
Make sure you had your regular ollie realy-realy down and realy get comfortable in fakie position
Make sure to keep your body centred on the board just like riding notlrmally
Practice riding fakie for a while. Try to go down ramps fakie down hills fakie and stuff like that untill your totally comfortable switch.
It's all about where you put your weight. And the best foot to put on the weight is always the one stays more in the middle than the other. So if you're regular when you go normal you put more weight on the left foot when you go fakie it's the same
Put most of your weight on your front foot the one that's on the nose during fakie
Get used to riding your skateboard, so it almost becomes natural.
Really its not too hard, if youre trying to push mongo you may not be used to it at first. It you just start regular, I find it easy to just body varial into fakie before popping my fakie tricks. Hope that helps.
Its the same like ollie but fakie ollie is opposite 🙂. Your body must be balanced and do like your ollie
Concentrate your weight on a leg that is at the center, thats all:)
Lean a bit more over the nose of your board
Stay centered on your board and bend dem knees
I just rode slow and got them like that and just progressed to get them at a decent speed. Hope this works for ya!
practice riding switch
When you pop you lean back so you balance the weight on the board, if you don't lean back you'll kiss the ground most likely
just try to stay centered on the board
You most ride mutch fakie
i lean back a little bit
if you have loose trucks tighten them and if you dont practice riding fakie. i suggest practice riding fakie and maybe a fakie shuvit
ride switch and fakie and you will get used to it
I learned by standing still on my board next to a wall or fence and just push my self alway and if that doesn't help you could have a friend or something to catch your fall. Keep skating and never give up.
Keep your weight in the center of the board.
think of it as a normal Ollie, your doing everything the same but your just going the other way
Try to put more weight on your leading foot when you try any fakie trick
just stay centered ove the board and commit and pop and do a normal ollie
Learn how to ride switch!
Just roll around switch
Try to ride around switch
A good way to get comfortable fake is to roll into a quarter normal and then come back out fake. Your balance will improve quickly
Just don't think about that and be confident
Roll a joint and go for it
Try keep your knees bent when landing. I find that the lower I get to the ground do when landing the more balanced and stabilized I am.
Just keep practicing your normal Ollie and work on your balance
Dont look backwards, that will make you loose balance
Imagine that you ride as usual. But when you need to turn right you need to bend on front. I mean on opposite direction of turning. And do Ollie as usual. You should already be good in usual Ollie.
Just keep practicing riding fakie to get the balance position just right
it's like learning how to ride switch but just learning to ride backwards. just practice
It's all about keeping your shoulders parallel with your board. When you do any fakie trick down something or up something, you have to pop earlier then you would expect.
Try bending your knees a little and give a little wait.
Practice
Get comfortable on the board in all stances
Try pushing mongo at first and then move on to switch nollie
Just do it
Like think like your riding regular but going backwards and don't lean to much back just have the same position you would have for your regular stance
Heaps of practice
Try to think that its just the same as regular, only youre going backwards.
Its all about your knees. Just keep balance like you were riding yout normal stance.
Try riding switch around a lot until you're used to riding that way. Going fakie will be as easy as leaning a bit towards the center of the board after that.
When you pop pop backwards the way you want to go
get comfy riding switch and nollie cause switch is like regular and fakie is kinda like nollie just the way it feels when poping at least
try pumping back and forth on a half pipe
Practice pushing around switch, start skating transition, and learn nollie tricks
If you can't ride swith, push mongo. Simply as that.
Flecxiona las Piernas un poco y de esta forma no perderás el control
Your front foot (which in fakie is the back one) you can have it right under the 4 bolts... that makes ur balance steadier and when u get it you can start pulling it more to the center for higher pop..
Try practicing riding fàkie very slowly at first, and then make your way up to a higher speed.
You need to do ollie
Ride up and down bank ramps or slight inclines. Keep your foot on the tail, and your other foot around the bolts
When you do your Ollie moving basically backwards, make sure you still get a good jump forward with your favor Ollie. ( jump towards the foot you slide up the skateboard. )
When moving in fakie I find it helps to dip my shoulder and have a little lean over your normally leading foot (regular/left goofy/right) and it helps to have a momentum with your arms to do the body variel then you flick like a shove-it and it feels like you're connected with the boards rotation. Takes getting used to like anything
Sorry my answer sort of moved to fakie bs big spin which is what I'm picking up, get it!
Just keep your balance as you would if you were riding forwards
Get comfortable riding switch
just lean all your weight to the center of the board but when u come back down the ramp from lean back
Go up a deasent sized Hill on the street normally the roll back down facing the same way u started and do an ollie
It's like riding normal
dont think about anything
It like riding normal but backwards
Man, you only need to practice. There's not a hack to do It, or maybe yes, but The truth, you only need to practice
Lean forwards
Just ride switch a lot and you will get confortable
Make sure your foot is stable on the tail and put the foot you slide with in the middle
Just make sure your body weight is centered, don't lean forward or backward, it's all in your head
Easy, just go to a small or big ramp and just ride up then down. After you get used to the feeling, try doing an Ollie when your fakie. PS pls follow me!!!
What I did was ride back ward and got into switch position.
It's not that much of a difference between a regular Ollie. Just keep your body weight in the middle.
Just keep practicing
Try just ridding backwards before you try to Ollie backwards.
Idk
Try bend your knees to get a more stable position. It Should help (:
just ride think it like u ride normal
Bend your knees and do not be scared to do it.
Start by pushing mongo, if you don't know what mongo is ima try to explain it, so if you put your right foot at the top of the board you would move your right foot to the bottom same goes with regular people, besides that just get used to pushing fakie then eventually you get to a point where your comfortable enough to do a ollie but to help keep them from going off in different directions pop with your foot in the middle of the tail.
Practice by riding no your bad side to places then you will get the hang of it
Practice pooping and sliding that a normal ollie
Stand strait and think your going forward
First you wanna get used to riding fake.then get used to your feet placement.then execute your basic ollie
Just be one with the skateboard let it control you give in too it’s power
Lean the opposite way ur going
its just like riding regular but only going backwards
Practice it
Spend more time riding Fakie
send it
Keep your shoulders level with the nose and tail of the board, your body needs to be square!
Same as normal
Roll switch a bit
Try riding switch more
Learn how to ride switch stance while keeping balance
Same as a normal one
