How do I stay longer than 10 seconds?

You move you body to keep it balanced it will take a while to find your balance point

You just gotta find the spot on your board vvhere you’re balanced and stay in that spot

You can always try to work your core a bit so you get more stability and maybe put a rock on a ground and board on it and try to balance. The main thing is to find the point of balance and try to stick to it. Don’t make sudden moves and if you still have problems, maybe reposition your feet a bit wider for greater balance. Last but not least, work on it daily and after a bit of time I’m sure you’ll get it!
Play with you’re body
Try and find the sweet spot. Once you find that you don’t need to move your body if done “properly” and then faster your board is moving then the longer you’ll stay in manual position. Faster is easier. But you need the body position down 👍🏽
