Start off by learning 3 shoves with no pop

okay so your front has to be really tilted kinda almost pointing toward the nose your back foot has to be outside the top of the tail just a little bit of your toes don't use to much of your toes now with your back foot make sure to pop down then turn with it let your back foot specifically the toes turn it then put your back foot in the air your front foot is gonna be tilted like I said but leave it there like a pop shuv don't do anything with that foot just make sure it kinda really tilted
