Put your back foot on the top of the tail and your front foot in the middle of the board and when you jump try to lift your knees to your chest ;)

When you put your Frontfoot more in Front of your Board . But dont go "over" The Last bolts sry for my Bad eng
Make sure to tilt your kicking foot on its side as you slide it up the board
Put your front door lower on the board and apply more pressure on the back.
As your doing your pop and slide motions, left your feet and bend your knees, try to hold them up longer for higher pop
Practice
Ollie everyday to build up those leg muscles. Weak Ollie's are usually the result of weak legs
bend ur knees and try poping more
Put your foot back farther and jump higher
To help with high ollies it helps with your foot placement try doing your ollies with your feet closer.
Do ollie many times
Get riser pads.
when i’m about to leave the ground, i pop the tail on the ground and slide my foot up. that seems to get me more height
learn to bring your back foot up and your front foot foward (in-air). also work on your timing of when to slide your foot up the board and when to jump.
Push your board forward more.
Try to get a little more pop, and then slide your foot
When you load up, get over exaggerated with the bending of your knees and get low. It might take a little bit, but it definitely helps.
Slide your foot more confidently and always aim for a certain height
Lean back and jump more
