Every time i come to do 50-50 or even just ollie to a box or somthing my legs are freezing, i do have ollie while rolling, but idk how to!!!

Practice with a crack, pretending that it's the start of a ledge to get the aim down. Then start on the smallest thing you can, like a curb. From there it's all about being confident and simply putting in the work, it'll take time but it will come eventually

You DO know how. Youre just afraid of falling. Ollie onto a ledge or small curb with a little speed. Lock both trucks in and grind. If you fall, get up and try it again. Youll get it. Post some viddy💯
