Ollie then in the air then twist your body

I normally turn my shoulders the opposite way before I Ollie to give myself more momentum and then really throw yourself into it when you Ollie up

I open my shoulder up to the point I’m nearly facing forward . I find this helps the board turn easier and you only have to move your body another 90 . I don’t wind up 😁
