Do I flick like I would for kick flip or is it a harder flick. I cant get the rotation completely. I shuv to hard and it goes 360 flip

Start with a few pop shoves then a few kick flips and when you fill you got them consistent enough start to put them together I set up with my back foot usually in the pocket of my board and then my front foot in the kickflip position with my foot a little bit down from the bolts when you got to pop wait the split second when you fill your board to rotate and then try and flick off the concave of the nose and wait for the grip tape and then land it and role away like a boss. Lol
Just do a pop shuv, and just after you have popped that flick down, people think its like flicking a kickflip but its totally different
If it rotates 360 it’s easier if you move your back foot closer to the top of the tail, gradually move it back until it is a perfect 180. If it doesn’t kickflip fully move your back foot farther from the nose or flick harder.
i’ve learned that flicking the kick flip harder than the shuv it works. don’t scoop too hard.
