Sure I can help! The key is to be comfortable on your board. Learn the pop shuv or FS 180 or BS 180. Skate everywhere you go and go faster every Time you step back onto your board. Just get comfortable and then try to ollie while riding and you will see how easy it is. Check out a channel on YouTube called VL skate. They have quite the selection of easy and intermediate tricks

Fear is the reason you arent doing it while moving. The stakes are higher. Common issues:
- you dont know where to position your back foot
- you point your toes when you try to land
- you flatten the board before you hit the nose
- timing between pop and front foot slide are to close (watch slowmo)
- you slide your foot out to the side instead of straight
Try:
front foot across the whole board toes to edge
Foot straight across
place foot directly behind front bottom bolts. Practice

Start by getting comfortable on your skateboard then try it going slow then try going a little faster
