Can anyone help me with bs 180s?

Basically you want to turn your shoulders the opposite way so when you turn your shoulders you’ll have enough force to complete the fun. It’s basically gutsy trick though you just got to do it. It’s all it the shoulders rotate those hard enough and you’ll be good.

The thing that helped me the most on my 180s was to know that you just have to do a normal ollie and in addition to that turn your shoulders just before you jump. Get the right timing and your ollie turns automatically 180 degrees.

Ok I found that if you push your tail and your shoulders the same way when Ollieing you can rotate faster
Rotate your shoulder first then do an ollie deck will follow just make sure to rotate with your deck completely underneath you for perfect landing, practice by turning your shoulder then do an ollie and land with one foot <-- (very important step) GOODLUCK! 😀😀
Before you do this you should practice standing on 1 foot (your front foot) and try to turn your body around, once you do that, try to put your weight on your front foot on your skateboard, and turn your body. You should try it when your board is stationary, and once you get it down, try to do it while you are moving. It takes some practice
Try to lean back a bit and rotate your body while you’re performing pop
Stay low and when you approach the ramp, start standing up straighter, start to swing your arms and shoulders into where you want to turn before you start to turn and do not lean backwards. It should all be one seamless motion and the board will go where you go if you stay centered.
Учи трюк ты красавчик
Is your Ollie good enough? Ask to yourself. Don't forget to PULL UP YOUR BACK KNEE in addition to the answers above. It. will be necessary for any other well done trick. Starting by the Ollie. Keep on rocking!!!!
I like to think that looking with your head in the direction you want to spin usually helps. Wherever your head and shoulders go is where your legs will follow. Don’t give up, I remember struggling with bs 180s as a kid and it got to the point where I would get so frustrated I skipped learning them until wayyy later. In reality they are supper easy if you just turn your head
Translate this; oefen eerst zonder deck en dan stilstaand, zo heb ik het geleerd
It is not BS 180 here!
Keep your feet on the board and keep it parallel to your shoulders, practice with 180 reverts
